Gratitude

As we think of the blessings we are grateful for, it is a good time to remember what gratitude does for us. When we remember the good things in our lives, we tend to feel more contented. Remembering blessings helps us feel valued, loved and appreciated.

Reconnecting with old friends this past year reminds me that my friends are the best people. For some reason. But then again, “I tend to think” that everyone is best at something or another.

As we head into the season of remembering gifts given to us, the best gifts are the ones that our loved ones either want or do not know that they need.

Cheers to the goodness that many bring to others, thus (and despite the daily news) I continue to believe that the majority of the world is good.
